Hampstead Hill Academy offers parents and community members various opportunities during the course of the school year to be an active part of the school community.

Parents are invited to sit down with the principal and “Chat with Matt.” These are informal gatherings where parents have an opportunity to hear from the principal and to speak one-on-one with him regarding their concerns.

For the 2019-20 school year, meetings will be held on the following days and times:
• Wednesday, October 23, 2019 – 8:30 am
• Monday, November 11, 2019 – 5:30 pm (This chat takes place prior to a PTO meeting.)
• Wednesday, February 26, 2020 – 8:30 pm
• Monday, March 9, 2020 – 5:30 pm (This chat takes place prior to a PTO meeting.)

Parents and community members are also invited to attend School-Family Council meetings. These meetings are held once a month on Wednesdays at 3 pm. During these meetings decisions are made that bring positive changes to the school. Parents are invited to be an active member at the School-Family Council. The council meets monthly to discuss issues relating to the school and to make decisions when necessary. The council is made up of staff members, community members and parents. For the 2019-20 school year, meetings will take place Wednesdays at 3 pm on the following days:
