Classroom Tower Garden

Ms. Poole’s sixth grade students have enjoyed growing and harvesting vegetables and herbs in their classroom tower garden, turning their learning space into a vibrant, hands-on environment.

Restorative Practices Ambassadors

Twelve of our newest 5th–7th grade Restorative Practices Ambassadors attended the 3rd Annual Peer Mediation Summit at the University of Maryland School of Social Work on Tuesday, March 24. Throughout the day, students participated in engaging workshops and interactive sessions focused on conflict resolution, active listening, and effective communication strategies.

SPIRIT WEEK

Students and staff alike turned out for Time Travel Tuesday (dress from another decade) and Turn About Wednesday (students dress like teachers, teachers dress like students). These were two of the days featured during the Spirit Week fundraiser, which was sponsored by the Ecuador-Galapagos Travel Crew. 

WIDA CELEBRATION BREAKFAST

The 2026 WIDA Celebration Breakfast was a huge success! The cafeteria was a sea of new blue uniform shirts and happy faces as friends and classmates shared a delicious meal together. Special thanks to Ms. Berlin for designing the shirts, to the kind servers from the PTO, and to HHA dad Dwayne Benbow for providing the incredible food. Everyone had a terrific time!
