Parent/Teacher Conference Reservation
Please use the link below to schedule conferences for each of your children in grades PreK-8. Each teacher conference you request will be approximately 10 minutes. We cannot guarantee that you will be scheduled for your preferred time. However, the conference schedule will be available online beginning on Wednesday, December 16th so you can check for your reserved time. If you do not see your appointment on the schedule, it is because there were no more openings when your request was received. However, if there is a cancellation, you will be notified for that opening if you are next on the list. If you cannot attend this event but would like to schedule an appointment with your child’s teacher, please make a note at the end of the form. Please submit this form only one time to request your conference(s).

Por favor, utilice este enlace para programar conferencias para cada uno de sus hijos en los grados PreK-8. Cada conferencia con el maestro que solicite será de aproximadamente 10 minutos. No podemos garantizar que se le programe para su horario preferido. Sin embargo, el horario de la conferencia estará disponible en línea a partir del miércoles 16 de diciembre para que pueda verificar su tiempo reservado. Si no ve su cita en el horario es porque no había más vacantes cuando se recibió su solicitud. Sin embargo, si hay una cancelación, se le notificará para esa apertura si es el próximo en la lista.
