Outward Bound

During the first week in October, 66 7th grade students participated in the Chesapeake Outward Bound expedition. Half the students canoed down the Potomac and camped along the C & O canal. The other half hiked and camped along the Appalachian Trail and rock climbed at Annapolis Rocks.

PTO BeeFit Fundraiser

Students raise money for the school by pledging to do various exercise routines.

 

PTO Marathon Cheer

PTO members gathered with HHA families and students to cheer on the runners of the Baltimore Running Festival.

 

Northbay

6th grade students had fun learning at a week long trip to NorthBay.

 

HHA Alumni Event

Nearly 40 former HHA students returned to enlighten the current 8th grade students on what to expect in high school and ways they can start to prepare this year.

Middle School Dance

Middle school students had a great time at the first dance. Students planned decorations, food and activities for the October 13th dance. The theme was “Haunted House.”

Great Lantern Parade 

Everyone had a great time at the Creative Alliance Lantern Parade even Mr. Hornbeck’s dog Cocoa.

Maryland State’s Attorney General Anthony Brown Visits HHA

HHA was very excited to be a part of the nationwide announcement by Attorney General Anthony Brown that more than 40 Attorney Generals are suing Facebook, Tik Tok and other companies for better controls, fewer features targeting children and money to support online safety.
