Donate to the Hampstead Hill Academy Expansion Project
HHA is one of Maryland’s and Baltimore City’s highest-performing and most diverse Pre-K through 8th grade schools. HHA enrollment has increased steadily for the past 18 years, with Southeast Baltimore’s Hispanic community growing 55 percent. Many of these families are served by HHA.
Today, the school’s 850 students are using a facility built for 450 elementary students. Right-sizing the existing HHA building and adding needed features better support our students and teachers, today and tomorrow.
As a Community school, these new spaces will benefit the larger Southeast Baltimore community with increased services to students and their families. The new gymnasium will also be an excellent venue for City recreational programs and large community meetings and gatherings.

Donate to the Students at Hampstead Hill Academy
Hampstead Hill Academy seeks to be a safe, nurturing, diverse, family-friendly neighborhood school with rigorous, effective academic programs and exciting, engaging, extracurricular activities. Our goal is to offer our students opportunities that will encourage them to be great communicators, listeners and writers. When our students leave us, they will be forward thinkers, persistent, responsible, caring, dependable and healthy members of the greater community.
Your financial support to our school will help us in our endeavors to continue the work we are doing. This money will help to offset the costs of teacher classroom supplies, updated technology equipment, musical instruments, assemblies, after school programs, field trips, or areas where a need exists.
Please be a partner in our work and help our students at HHA!

Helping Hands Fund
At Hampstead Hill Academy, we know that unexpected hardships can happen at any time—and when they do, they can deeply affect a child’s life and ability to learn.
The Helping Hands Fund was created to support families during their most difficult moments, with care, respect, and urgency. This fund provides immediate help to families facing serious challenges such as house fires, job loss, the death or sudden absence of a parent, or situations involving detention or incarceration.
In the past, Helping Hands has allowed us to provide essentials like food, clothing, medication, eyeglasses, and other basic needs so families can focus on healing and staying together. Donations are also used to remove barriers that can impact a child’s future—such as application fees for private schools, documentation and legal application fees, and other emergency costs that families are unable to cover during a crisis.
Your support makes it possible for Hampstead Hill Academy to respond quickly and directly when families need help the most. Every contribution, large or small, helps restore stability, dignity, and hope. Together, we can be the helping hand that lifts a family when they need it most.(This fund is managed by the Fund for Educational Excellence.)
