Family Academic Night

Family Academic Night was celebrated with the theme “Arrrr You Ready to Read?” Students and staff dressed in pirate gear and enjoyed an evening centered on reading and storytelling through interactive stations and activities. The night concluded with students taking home a book to continue the reading adventure.

Feed the Less Fortunate

The spirit of generosity shined during Hampstead Hill Academy’s Feed the Less Fortunate event, where staff and student volunteers came together to serve the community. Thanks to funds raised through Out of Uniform Day and the dedication of volunteers, the event grew to feed over 300 people in a festive, joy-filled atmosphere. This annual tradition continues to reflect the school’s commitment to compassion, service, and community.

International Breakfast celebration

Our International Breakfast was a joyful celebration of community and culture, featuring PreK and Kindergarten students singing holiday songs for their families. Families shared foods from around the world and decorated puzzle pieces around the theme “One Community, Many Cultures,” creating a beautiful symbol of unity and belonging. Thank you to our students, families, and staff for making this tradition so special.

Latino Parent Engagement Highlights

Our Latino parent community has been actively engaged all month, coming together to support students, celebrate culture, and show appreciation for our school staff. From learning about high school readiness to creating piñatas for family events and assembling holiday gifts for educators, their involvement strengthens our school community. We are grateful for their time, energy, and partnership.

Thank you PTO for the Holiday Staff Breakfast

Thank you to our incredible PTO for treating our school staff to a wonderful holiday breakfast. Your thoughtfulness, generosity, and continued support made our team feel truly appreciated and valued. We are so grateful for all that you do to support our school community.

Spreading Holiday cheer with a holiday concert and a visit from santa

Holiday cheer filled the school with a joyful winter concert and a special visit from Santa spreading smiles throughout the building. The concert opened with a beautiful Irish fiddle followed by impressive performances from the grade 7 and 8 musicians on a wide range of instruments, including an original percussion piece that energized the audience. There was magic in the air with a visit from Santa. This was a true celebration of music, community, and the spirit of the season.

Student/Staff Basketball Game

The HHA student vs staff basketball game was an exciting, back and forth showcase that went down to the final moments, with the staff barely edging out the students. Shout out to Mr. White, Mr. Lohrman, Mr. Ball, Mr. Rosenberger, Mr. Joyner, Mr. Lucas, Ms. Mittenthal, and Ms. Castelan for stepping out of the classroom and onto the court. We hope to make this student-staff winter classic a new tradition that will be played each year before winter break!
